Terms & Conditions

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by We Love Logos.
Prices quoted are exclusive of vat.
Prices exclude carriage unless otherwise agreed.


We require initial payment with order which can be received in cash, by credit card or company cheque. Account holders payment terms to be 30 days from date of invoice. If payment is not made when due, interest is payable at a rate of 3% over Barclays Bank current base rate on the amount outstanding from the due date for payment until receipt by us of the full amount, together with any legal or recovery costs.


All products and special offers are subject to availability. We allow the right to allow slight variations which create continuous supply or improvements.

Plain samples can be requested before an order and will be chargeable. The plain samples will be credited providing they are returned in good condition within 21 days. Proof samples requested will be supplied on the appropriate item and will be charged for at the agreed printed/embroidered/transfer item price.

Origination charges will be incurred on first orders and the cost will be stated at time of order. Any alteration to the original logo/design may incur additional costs.

Artwork is required to produce your logo and can be accepted in digital format illustrator eps/jpeg via email. Please contact us should you require full artwork specification or further assistance.

Printed PMS matches are approximate and may differ on different substrates. Every care will be taken to achieve the desired effect. If an exact match is required with no tolerance, we recommend that you request a proof. Failing this no liability can be accepted for colour variation. Unless specified, the size and positioning of the printing will be at the discretion of the printer.

Cancellation – You must cancel your order by giving us notice by mailing, faxing or emailing to the details supplied. All artwork or set up costs incurred prior to the notice will be charged for in full. Items which have already been produced and classed as work in progress prior to cancellation will be invoiced in full.

General; Risk in the goods passes once they are delivered to the customer. Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by the customer in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods. Ownership of the goods will remain with We Love Logos until paid for in full.

Goods supplied to order which are modified or produced to your own specified requirements are non refundable. We are not responsible for purchase specification errors which arise once the artwork and the order acknowledgement documentation has been checked and signed off by the customer.

Any price discrepancies on invoices must be notified to We Love Logos within 5 days of receipt.

Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By using mjworkwear.co.uk in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.

No person under the age of 18 years may purchase goods.

We may change these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on impulseflowers.co.uk on the day you order Goods. “Goods” refers to any goods we offer for sale on Our Web Site. “Our Web Site” “we” “us” means We Love Logos. “Price” means the price of the Goods plus any delivery charge. “Order” means any order made by you for
the supply of Goods by us. “You and yours” means the person who buys or agrees to buy Goods from us.

Goods advertised are subject to availability.


We try hard to represent the true colours on your computer screens, however this is not always possible and large variations can occur.

All descriptions, weights and sizes of Goods are those of the original manufacturers and you may not rely on their accuracy. Accordingly, any such description shall not form part of this agreement.

Return of Goods and Refunds

In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty please email us or telephone. We will arrange to have the goods
collected and either replace or make good the goods at no cost to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any faulty Goods must be brought to our attention immediately upon discovery and in any event a valid claim based on any defect in quality or condition must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods. Any claim for items missing from your order must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.

You may not reject the goods where the alleged defect or breach of contract is so slight that it would be unreasonable for you to do so.


You can pay on-line with all major credit cards and debit cards using Paypal secure authorisation system. We will accept cheques drawn on any bank within the UK. Please allow 7 working days for cheques to clear. Please make them payable and send to:

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between you and us, then you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and only the English courts will decide any disputes.
